Installation art recently became my newest artistic endeavor. Since much of my work focuses on the idea of environment, installation work felt like an inevitability. It gives me the opportunity to interact with the space, blending the physical and conceptual environments to create immersive works. I integrate many of the techniques that I use with other mediums. To date, the majority of my installation works are created almost entirely of found objects. The ideas I strive to communicate, like much of my other work, focus primarily on the formation of identity in relation to the body and the environment.
Note: Currently, my focus is on the series shown below. However, there are also several pieces outside of this series that are in progress. These individual works do not use the same materials found within the series below. As I complete works, they will be included here.
